How We Work
Setting the appointment
We will do our best to work around your schedule in setting an appointment and even offer same-day service on most occasions. To make sure you can get on with your life while you’re awaiting your appointment, we schedule all our services in two-hour time blocks. No more waiting around in vain. On the day of the appointment, our office will give the property a call 30 minutes before the technicians estimated arrival time. This is both to ensure that someone is at the residence, and also to keep you informed of the technician’s status.
On the job
Our technicians arrive fully uniformed in our “plumbing shops on wheels,” prepared to do most all jobs right away. Once at the property, they will go over the T.Webber Promise, our company’s code of ethics. Then they will take a look at the situation and walk you through the problem at hand. Finally, they will give you your options and prices to do the work. If you would like to have the work done, they will take care of it right away. If for any reason you choose not to have the work completed at that time, there is a small trip fee incurred.
Flat Rate Pricing
T.Webber Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is flat rate pricing company. That means you will know the full cost of the job up front before we begin working. All of our technicians work out of an up-front pricing guide. The price for the services that we provide has been determined over time by averaging the time it should take a competent technician to do the job, working under normal circumstances with good parts and tools. The pricing reflects experience over time and across the industry.
